ACTIVITIES  AROUND  SHU-NIL  PROJECTS

We shall organise various physical activities that are low to medium impact .     

A  great Monday to Friday event for non-working individuals which will revolve around gardening sessions, horticulture, home cooking and other practical skills development. 

​

The weekends shall have various activities like obstacle training, rowing boats, recreational fishing, camping, biking and physical exercises like fun run, walk events.

OBSTACLE TRAINING

The goal of obstacle course is for social and physical development. Its aim is to acquire practical skills like focus, perseverance, determination, teamwork and various life skills necessary for personal growth and development that are essential for maturity and leadership.​

 

Shu-Nil Project organises various trainings and events where obstacle course is made real and improved in a safe environment. Obstacle course involves activities like running, crawling, pushing, pulling, throwing and lifting which can be executed individually or as a group to develop agility, balance, coordination, confidence and focus.

CAMPING

Shu-Nil Project develops programs that will deliver a very satisfying experience for the campers. Its goal is to present a perspective relevant to the changing times and environment.

​

Camping means different things to different people. The ultimate goal of camping is to disconnect from technology and processes and reconnect with mother nature. It is organised with or without a shelter usually with a tiny roof over the head in a form of tents, tiny homes or caravans.

​

Summer camps are famous among young people who wanted to get-away from a formal learning environment of doing assignments, quizzes, chats and intellectual discussions. Its aim is to reconnect with mother nature and see the world in a different perspective.

​

Basic needs during camping are sleeping bag or tent, pillow. camping chairs, small table, mallet, spare battery, portable charge and cables. Along with canned goods and ready, easy-prep meals.

EXERCISE

Exercise has the goal of making you feel better. A healthier body and sound mind is the effect of doing regular exercises. Shu-Nil Project shall create and provide venue where exercises are done in a safe and enjoyable way. The 25% area of the land is dedicated for leisure and recreation, hence exercise is part of it. It involves walking, jumping, running, dancing, boxing, yoga and other related movements of the parts of the body.

BOATING

The idea of boating is for relaxation and leisure. Shu-Nil Eco-Farm shall develop the ponds into a lake where it is feasible to do this activity. The children and youth are the main participants to this activity. However, the activity can be done in other venue or location. For the safety of the participants , it is important that they wear life jackets and we have professional first aiders and lifeguards.

GARDENING

Gardening is  a kind of exercise. It is an activity that provides relaxation, recreation and has positive impact to physical and psychological well-being. The tasks involve digging, lifting, pruning, weeding, watering, harvesting, planting, raking, transplanting, and moving. Hence, it is an exercise as it allows physical movements and provides various benefits to the body and mind.

FISHING

​

Fishing is a kind of sport for some but its a simple recreation and leisure activity to reconnect with water and its creatures, the FISH. The vibe of the ocean waters or rivers provides a calming effect on the mind and releases stresses and pressures of life.
